The Model R622 is designed for use in a two-regulator civil facility with a high flow rate of up to 1 400 000 BTU / 15.8 SCMH. The R622 has a proven design and corrosion resistant material with a recommended replacement life of up to 20 years. The model R622 has a built-in high-performance release valve and a large diameter 3/4 inch release hole with an air filter at the front end to limit downstream pressure to under 2 psig / 0.14 bar under overpressure conditions as required by NFPA 58. The release valve design exceeds industry standards and, when used in conjunction with R622H or R122H regulators, limits downstream pressure below 2 psig / 0.14 bar even when both regulators fail simultaneously. The R622 has an outlet pressure adjustment range of 9 to 20 in. w.c. / 22 to 50 mbar. To facilitate system checks, the R622 upstream and downstream bodies are provided with pressure tap holes on the sides of the body. Pressure tap holes are # 54 bore holes that connect to the pressure gauge through the 1/8 inch NPT internal thread. The regulator also features a large diameter 3/4 inch water - proof release hole design.

 

The R642 and R652 are designed for civilian installations with flows of 920 000 BTU / 10.4 SCMH and high flows of 1 000 000 BTU / 11.3 SCMH, respectively. The import and export direction of R642 valve body is 90° horizontal Angle, and the import and export direction of R652 valve body is 90° vertical Angle. Both regulators have the same features as the R622, including a 20-year recommended replacement life and dual failure protection.
